Group Installation

For the second day at ‘Stayflower Nakemeguro’, the group worked together to create an autumn inspired installation.

It was one of the nicest group installations I have ever worked on – often the case is, too many ‘chiefs and not enough Indians’ but not in this case we all wore ‘both hats’. Everyone put forward an idea resulting in a joint work, then everyone set about making straw ‘squares’ which were linked and suspended from the ceiling. To finish the work, masses of rustic-coloured Chrysanthemums and wheat sheaths were added.

I felt proud to be working with a talented, cooperative and keen group.
